Measurements are based on the longest side of each image. The longest side will be 11 inches unless otherwise noted. Make sure to understand sizing before ordering. Refunds are not issued due to not understanding sizing.
The Builder
Customer is responsible for making sure all images are correct. Reprints are not offered due to customer error. We do not check orders for error prior to printing.
You are responsible for the quality of any personal images you submit. We do not check the quality before printing. We do not offer reprints for low quality images.
You are responsible for making sure images are not cut off the builder or spaced too close together.
DTF does not print glow effects well such as transparent flames, clouds, etc. No refund will be offered if your personal images do not print as expected because it includes these elements or something to a similar effect.
Shipping Protection:
Refunds or replacements are not issued due to lost, stolen, damaged, or late packages. Add the optional 3rd party Route shipping protection to your order to protect your items during transit. All Claims must be filed through Route. We are not associated with Route.
DTF Transfer Recommended Application
Cut off rainbow strip and any other item not part of the design
Press for 15 seconds between 300F-320F using medium pressure
Let cool (it is a warm peel)
Press again for 5 seconds using nonstick parchment paper for matte finish or Teflon sheet for shiny finish
